Qualifications & Experience:-
- Professor:- Candidates should have a doctoral degree with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record thought out from a highly regarded university/institution and a minimum of 10 years experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor. The candidates should have demonstrated the highest level of academic leadership including publication in leading academic journals. They will be expected to offer cross-functional electives, in addition to the core courses in the area of their specialization, in different programs of the institute, and actively participate in research, consultancy and institution building activities of the Institute.
- Associate Professor:- Candidates should have a doctoral degree with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record thought out from a highly regarded university/institution and a minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor. The candidates should have demonstrated the highest level of academic leadership including publication in leading academic journals. They will be expected to offer cross-functional electives, in addition to the core courses in the area of their specialization, in different programs of the institute, and actively participate in research, consultancy and institution building activities of the Institute.
- Assistant Professor:- Young and bright candidates should have a doctoral degree with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record thought out from a highly reputed university/institution and at least three years of industrial/ research/ teaching experience. They will be expected to offer cross-functional electives, in addition to the core courses in the area of their specialization, in different programs of the institute, and actively participate in research, consultancy and institution building activities of the Institute.
- Visiting Professor:- Young and bright candidates who have recently completed a Ph D in any relevant area of management from reputed and well known university/ institute of management in India or abroad may be offered a Visiting faculty position on a consolidated salary.
- Adjunct Faculty Bright managers from industry and faculty from academia are welcome to send CVs for Adjunct/visiting positions in all the above areas. Interested applicants may apply for 6 - 8 weeks teaching assignment , indicating their areas of interest and expertise.Scale of Pay (Pre-revised)

Rs. 31000/- ConsolidatedFor the faculty appointed on regular basis, in addition to the basic pay, usual allowances and benefits, admissible within the prescribed Government of India rules, viz, Dearness Pay, Dearness Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Residential Accommodation, Employees' Provident Fund, Superannuation Scheme, Gratuity, Leave Travel Allowance, reimbursement of membership fee of international professional society/ medical/ telephone expenses, contingency grant for books, stationary, local travel, etc.Faculty are allowed the privilege of 52 days of consulting, income from which is shared between faculty and the Institute according to Institute's rules. The institute also provides liberal financial grants to encourage faculty to undertake research and participate in seminars and conferences, national/ international and programmes of professional development.
Conditions :-- All qualifications must be from UGC recognized University/ Deemed University or AICTE approved autonomous institution (wherever applicable). The courses offered by autonomous institutions should be equivalent to the relevant course approved/ recognized by Association of Indian University (AIU);
- Relaxation in qualification and experience / higher start in the time scale may be considered in the case of exceptionally bright candidates.
