Job Profile | Managing the HR & Administration activities of the Centre. The candidate should have exposure to all the relevant HR activities such as – recruitment, performance appraisal system, pay roll, manpower planning, training, vigilance activities and general administration matters etc. |

Salary: | Rs.15,600-39,100 + grade pay of Rs.5400 (Rs.8,000-275-15,200 pre-revised). |

Experience | Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Finance & Accounts (preparation of MIS reports, e-TDC, Payroll, tax matters, purchase & stores. Should be well-versed in latest editions of Tally and MS Office) or Administration & HR matters (General Administration, Purchase & Stores, Estate Management, Maintenance of technical and non-technical items, event management, HR issues such as recruitment, training, vigilance matters, pay roll, performance appraisal system etc.). Knowledge in Government of India rules is essential. Experience in Govt.of India organizations is desirable. |
Educational Qualification : | Essential: First Class Degree (60%) with 6-months Certificate Course in Computers. Desirable: Higher Qualifications such as MBA, M.Com, L.LB, CA/ICWAI-Inter would be preferable. |
Age : | 30 years as on 30.06.2010. Relaxation of age as per the Government of India reservation rules. |
Job Profile: | The positions are multi-task in nature and the persons should be able to support any of the activities in – Finance & Accounts, Administration, HR and Purchase & Stores. |
- Select the candidates for the above posts based on the qualifications, experience, if any, and performance in the test/interview;
- Appoint the incumbent in lower grade if not found suitable for the advertised scale/position;
- Fix higher percentage of marks for calling the candidates for test/interview
