Applications are invited from unmarried male candidates for grant of Permanent Commission in Naval Armament Inspection Cadre of Executive Branch of the Indian Navy for Course commencing July 2011 at Indian Naval Academy (NIA), Ezhimala, Kerala.

Eligibility Conditions:
Age:
19 1/2 to 25 years. i.e. born between 02 July 1986 and 01 Jan 1992; both dates inclusive.

Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical from an institution recognized by AICTE.
  • Post-Graduate Degree in Electronics/Physics from a recognized university.

Physical Standards:
Height and Weight:
Minimum height 157 cms with correlated weight.
Eye Sight: The minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision 6/60, 6/60 correctable to 6/6, 6/12 with glasses. Should not be color/night blind.
