Qualification:
Incumbent should have masters' degree in management/finance. Additional professional qualification such as CS/ICWA/CA is desirable. Incumbent having doctoral degree in management/finance would be preferred.
Experience: Atleast 17 years experience after securing masters' degree. Incumbent should be familiar with various aspects of corporate governance, theories and practices.
