The passing of Oriya Language Test equivalent to ME Standard is essential. Basic knowledge in computer operation is essential. Preference shall also be given to the candidates having experience in Power Distribution Sector. Age: The candidate should be above 21 years of age and below 32 years of age as on 01.03.2010. Pay: During training period, they shall be paid monthly stipend @ Rs.8,000/-.On successful completion of training, they shall be placed as Jr. Manager on probation in the Pay Scale of Rs.9,300-34,800/- with GP of Rs.4,200/- in E-2 Grade with D.A,H.R.A,Medical Allowance & other perquisites as per Rules of the Utility.
