Established in 1969 by the Reserve Bank of India in consultation with the Government of India, NIBM is the apex institution for research, training and consultancy in banking and finance. NIBM has introduced Post-Graduate Programme in Banking and Finance (PGPBF) from the academic year 2003-04. The Institute invites applications for:

A.  Faculty Positions in:

1. Finance (a) Risk Management & Quantitative Finance (b) Corporate Finance (c) International Banking and Finance 2. Strategic Planning, Marketing and Control   3. Rural Finance & Development

Qualifications:

Prospective candidates should possess Ph.D. degree with consistently good academic record and a minimum of 10/8/3/1 years of experience in teaching and research for the position of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor and Faculty Research Associate positions respectively. Candidates in the final stages of Ph.D. can apply for FRA position.  Faculty are expected to undertake PG-Teaching, Training, Research and Consultancy.

Pay Band and Other Benefits as on October 2010 :

Salary benefits such as Contributory PF, Gratuity, LTC, Medical, Housing Loan Subsidy, House Furnishing Loan, Consultancy (upto a maximum of Rs. 5 lakhs p.a.), etc., are admissible as per the Institute's rules. Suitable residential accommodation at nominal license fee will be provided on the Campus.
