SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR FILLING UP BACKLOG OF SC/ST/OBC/PH POSTSApplications are invited for the following posts -
Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Medical Records) 01 post - Reserved for SC-:
B.Sc. from a recognized University and one year Diploma course in Computer Programming from a recognized institute/university. Minimum 2 years experience in a Hospital/Medical Research Organisation preferably working in abstracting information from medical documents.

Scientific Assistant `B’ (Rehabilitation Services) (Reserved for ST-01) :
B.Sc.(Occupational Therapy) from a recognised University with minimum two years experience. In the field of Oncology. Preference will be given to those having experience of orthosis and prosthesis.

Scientific Assistant `B’ (C.S.S.D.) (Reserved for SC-01 OBC-01):
B.Sc. from a recognized University. Minimum one year experience as C.S.S.D. Technician in the Sterilization Dept. of a large Hospital/Institute.

Nurse `A’- Posts Reserved for OH-01, ST-1 only:
General Nursing & Midwifery plus Diploma in Oncology with 2 years experience OR Basic or Post Basic B.Sc.(Nursing) with 2 years experience. Candidates should be eligible to register with Maharashtra Nursing Council. Candidates with higher qualifications may also apply.

Technician `C’ (Tailor) 1 Post -Reserved for SC:
S.S.C. with minimum second class and Diploma in Tailoring from a Govt. recognised Institute/I.T.I. Course in Tailoring. Minimum 3 years experience in tailoring and cutting.

The age will be reckoned as on 21.06.2010. Age may be relaxable in cases of exceptional merit, qualifications and experience and also for departmental candidates. In addition to pay other allowances as admissible under Central Government Rules. The Institution has an option either to offer scale of pay as mentioned above or consolidated pay for a fixed term contract basis to the selected candidates. On the recommendation of the Selection Committee, candidates may be offered a higher or lower grade than advertised depending on the qualifications, experience and performance in the interview and needs in respective Dept. Appointed candidates may be placed as per needs of the Departments in the Tata Memorial Hospital and /or ACTREC at Navi Mumbai. Persons working under Central/State Government/Autonomous Body/ Semi Government Organizations and other Public Sector Undertakings must submit their application forwarded through the head of the organization. Separate applications should be submitted for each post. Late and incomplete applications are liable to be rejected. No correspondence of any kind will be entertained. Canvassing of any form will disqualify candidates. The Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates called for the interview to a reasonable limit, on the basis of qualifications and experience of the applicants. Mere fulfilling the prescribed qualifications will not entitle an applicant to be called for interview. |
