Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts. Eligible/suitable candidates are requested to submit their
applications in the prescribed format alongwith attested copies of certificates & testimonials, two copies of recent passport size photograph, Indian
Postal Order for Rs. 50/- being the application fee in favour of the Deputy Director (Admn), NEIGRIHMS payable at Shillong. (No application fee
for ST/SC and Handicapped candidates). In case applicants willing to apply the posts on deputation (only to posts where deputation is also included)
may also apply accordingly in the prescribed format for deputation. Candidates should note that mere fulfilling of the minimum requisite qualifications
& experience bestows no right on them to be call for test/interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview as the Institute
deemed fit. Only Indian citizens need to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
(A) Direct Recruitment
1. Must be Graduate, preferably post Graduate in Science
2. At least 5 years experience in the pay scale of Rs. 10,000-15,200/- in an Institution in the area of administration including conduct of
examination and admission, arrangement of teaching programmes in under-graduate and post graduate courses.
Age limit (As on 15-06-2010): Not exceeding 50 years (Relax able for Government Servants)
(B) Deputation
Officers from Central/State Governments, Autonomous Organizations, Research Institutions, Universities, Statutory Bodies
holding
(A) i) analogous posts on regular basis, or
ii) with five years regular service in the scale of Rs. 10,000-325-15,200/-, or equivalent, or
iii) with ten years regular service in the scale of Rs. 8000-275-13,500/- and
(B) should be a Graduate preferably Postgraduate in Science and have at least seven years experience in
University/Teaching Institution in the area of Administration including conduct of Examination and Admission at
Graduate and post-graduate level, preparation and arrangement of academic and teaching programmes in
Under-graduate and post-graduate medical course.
(Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceeds 3 years) for deputation age limit not exceeding 56 years.
