Ministry of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises having significant presence
in the segment of Electrical & Engineering operations vis-à-vis Tea
manufacturing is looking for Manager (Personnel).

The Ideal candidate should be a Graduate with post Graduate Degree /
Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management /
Industrial Relations or equivalent or MBA (HR) / MSW from a recognised
University / accredited Institute with 12 to 15 years post qualification
experience in a factory of like industry within the age limit of 35 years. Degree
in Law will be an added advantage. Candidates must have intricate knowledge
and understanding about applicable statutes and rules. Should be capable of
working independently in a computerised environment.
The selected candidate will be placed any where in India in the Pay Scale of
14500 – 350 – 18700 (Pre revised)
