Recruitment of Management Trainees in Central Electricity Supply Utility of Orissa

CESU, a leading Power Distribution Utility engaged in the distribution of electricity approximately with 11 lakh consumers spread over eight revenue districts in the State of Orissa, invites applications from the eligible candidates for the following position:

Management Trainee Diploma Engineer(Ele): 31 Posts(Previous: 9 no + Current: 22 no)

Qualification: The candidate must be a citizen of India having Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at-least 60% marks in the qualifying examination from a Recognized Institution. The passing of Oriya Language Test equivalent to ME Standard is essential. Basic knowledge in computer operation is essential. Preference shall also be given to the candidates having experience in Power Distribution Sector.

Age: The candidate should be above 21 years of age and below 32 years of age as on 01.03.2010.

Pay: During training period, they shall be paid monthly stipend @ Rs.8,000/-.On successful completion of training, they shall be placed as Jr. Manager on probation in the Pay Scale of Rs.9,300-34,800/- with GP of Rs.4,200/- in E-2 Grade with D.A,H.R.A,Medical Allowance & other perquisites as per Rules of the Utility.

IGIB Invites applications for TEN Positions of Scientists Gr. IV (3)/ Gr. IV (2) as follows:

Scientist-EI Group IV (3)
Pay-Scale: Rs15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs.7600/- (Total monthly emoluments will be Rs.50,400/- approx.)
Age limit: 40 years
Essential Qualifications: PhD with 4 (Four) years of postdoctoral experience OR MD with 5 (Five) years relevant experience.

Scientist-C Group IV (2)
Pay-Scale: Rs15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- (Total monthly emoluments will Rs.44,000/- approx.)
Age limit: 35 years
Essential Qualifications: PhD with 1 (One) year postdoctoral experience or MD with 2 (two) years relevant experience.
