TCIL requires qualified and experienced candidates for the following posts on Regular basis:
1. Joint General Manager (GSM): -

Experience :
I. 10 years post qualification experience in telecom field out of which 8 years in GSM/CDMA/Wimax/other wireless networks, as on 01.07.2010.
II. Out of which minimum 2 years working experience in case of PSU/Govt. in either of the following grades as on 01.07.2010 :
· E5 grade, IDA Rs. 32,900-58,000 (pre-revised Rs. 16000-400-20800) in case of PSU
OR
· CDA Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay Rs. 7600 (pre-revised Rs. 12000-375-16500) in case of Govt./PSU
OR
· For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have experience of atleast 2 years in the pay package of Rs. 6 lacs per annum in a company having its turnover more than Rs. 50 Crores).
Job description :
· Having excellent Communication Skills, should be self motivated and result oriented
· Excellent Negotiation skills for negotiations with major Telecom and Govt. Organizations
· Preparation and Execution of MoU and Agreement with Major Telecom Companies.
· Coordination with Legal, Finance, HRD and MM for various activities.
· Conducting Cost benefit analysis of the Projects including feasibility studies and assessments of the requirements.
· Techno commercial proposal finalization and submission to Customer for development/ expansion of the Business in GSM Systems or its applications.
· Preparation of High value bid in IT, Satellite, CDMA, GSM, Wi-Max.
· Experience in evaluating CDMA, DWDM VSAT and GSM tenders.
· Testing of NSS and BSS at systems and network level.
· Integration testing of Mobile switch with billing and customer care, SMS, VMS, Pre-paid system, National PSTN and International PSTN Switch.
· Quality of Service audit and assessment of Telecom Services for Wireline, Wireless (GSM & CDMA) and Broadband Network.
· Factory acceptance testing of the GSM based Mobile Train, Radio communication system.
· RF Survey and System Design of GSM GSM based Mobile Train, Radio communication system.
· Innovative and capable of working independently.
2. Senior Manager (GSM) : -

Experience :
I. 08 years post qualification working experience out of which atleast 6 years working experience in GSM/ CDMA/ WiMAX/ Other wireless network, as on 01.07.2010
II. Out of which minimum 2 years working experience in case of PSU/Govt. in either of the following grades as on 01.07.2010 :
· E4 grade, IDA Rs. 29100-54500 (pre-revised Rs. 14500-350-18700) in case of PSU
OR
· CDA Rs. 15600-39100 with grade pay Rs. 6600 (pre-revised Rs. 10650-325-15850) in case of Govt./PSU
OR
· For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have experience of atleast 2 years in the pay package of Rs. 5 lacs per annum in a company having its turnover more than Rs. 50 Crores).
Job description :
· Installation of NSS, BSS and Microwave System.
· Installation of Passive Infrastructure for wireless network.
· Stand Alone Testing and System Acceptance Testing of BSS and Site Integration
· Conducting RF Survey, Drive Test and Optimization of the network involves interference testing, coverage
testing, tilts & angle of the antennas.
· Operation & Maintenance of BSS Systems.
· Preparation of proposal/tenders for Mobile Networks.
· Experience in Mobile Networks tender/proposal evaluation Configuration, Unit Testing and System Integration testing of Mobile Billing System.
